  • This project will require you to verify your household composition, income, and assets for eligibility. Kindly submit your preliminary application here.

  • There is a deadline of August 30th, 2025. However, this deadline is subject to change depending on the number of respondents. We will continue to accept applications past the deadline until each of the units is filled.

  • 1. Please note that this is the first step in the application process. Your preliminary application will be reviewed for potential eligibility.

    2. Applicants who appear to meet the household, income, and credit criteria will be added to the Waiting List and will receive further instructions on how to officially apply via email.

    3. Applicants who do not appear to meet the minimum criteria will be notified by email of their status and will not be added to the Waiting List.

  • While applicants are waiting, we recommend that you:

    • Start educating yourself on the benefits and responsibilities of condominium ownership

    • Look into taking a First-Time Homebuyer Education class

    • Start gathering documents required to purchase an affordable unit. Find these documents here:

  • An email response will be provided within 60 days of submitting your preliminary application. The volume of interested applicants may extend this period.

  • This project is currently under construction, with expected completion and move-ins by November 2025. Building construction may be subject to delays.
