There is a deadline of August 30th, 2025. However, this deadline is subject to change depending on the number of respondents. We will continue to accept applications past the deadline until each of the units is filled.

1. Please note that this is the first step in the application process. Your preliminary application will be reviewed for potential eligibility.
2. Applicants who appear to meet the household, income, and credit criteria will be added to the Waiting List and will receive further instructions on how to officially apply via email.
3. Applicants who do not appear to meet the minimum criteria will be notified by email of their status and will not be added to the Waiting List.
