In accordance with the City of Jersey City affordable housing guidelines, two-bedroom units must be fully occupied and may not include an unused bedroom.

As such, two-bedroom apartments are reserved for households that require the full unit size.

Eligible households include: single parents with at least one child, families of three or more persons, or households consisting of three adults.

Single individuals or couples without additional household members are not eligible for placement in a two-bedroom unit.
